Valentina Evelyn: A Brief Review
It just occurred to me that I haven’t properly introduced myself! So, hi Medium, I’m Valentina!
I’ve been writing on Medium for around two years now, and I just realized that I’ve never formally said hello to all of the friends I’ve made here! So, without further ado, here’s my best attempt at a digital handshake and warm welcome to my page!
My name’s Val, and I originally started writing on this platform because I have a lot of feelings for the movies, television shows, and books I consume. However, rambling to friends and family about the current state of the MCU, gushing endlessly about my favorite pieces of science fiction, and spending hours overanalyzing the color palettes of every film I watch isn’t always possible.
I mean… I’ve tried, but at around hour fourteen, they start tuning out.
All jokes aside, I absolutely love media. I’m a science fiction fanatic, a superhero nerd, and a complete recluse who spends a great deal of time hidden under a blanket, hovering over my laptop screen until Netflix feels the need to ask if I’m still watching.
